Not financial advice
Mr. Talero explains how money works. That is different from telling you what to do with yours.
Education, not advice
Everything on the Mr. Talero YouTube channel, on this website and on its social accounts is for general education and entertainment. It is not financial, investment, tax, legal or accounting advice, and it is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold any security, product or asset.
We don't know your income, debts, goals, taxes or tolerance for risk, and nothing here takes them into account. Before you make a decision about your own money, talk to a qualified professional who is licensed where you live.
About the calculators
The calculators are estimates. Each one lists its assumptions and formula under “Show the math”. Real returns go up and down, real cards and loans have their own terms, and fees and taxes vary. Use the results to understand the arithmetic, not as a promise of any outcome.
About the data
Data on this site comes from public sources such as the U.S. Bureau of Labor Statistics, Freddie Mac, the Federal Reserve Bank of New York and the U.S. Treasury. Agencies revise their data, and our copy is only as current as the last site update. Always check the original source before relying on a figure.
Past performance
Historical returns, rates and prices do not predict future ones.
Sponsorships and conflicts
There are no sponsors and no affiliate links today. If that changes, a sponsored video will say so at the start and in the description, and affiliate links will be labeled.
No liability
We work hard to get things right, but we can make mistakes. To the fullest extent the law allows, Mr. Talero is not liable for any loss arising from use of this content. Corrections are pinned under the relevant video.
